Our professional experiences, mainly Expediting & Inspection Services are based on KOBELCO Engineering and Manufacturing business and other Oil & Gas Plant.

If you inform the inspection date and send the relevant documents to us, our coordinators arrange our employee / contracted inspector, and contact the supplier, and our inspector witnesses the inspection as your agent.
After the inspection, we submit an inspection report to you.
site inspection
We dispatch our rich experienced engineer to the site according your demands, and perform the inspection upon the plant and facilities under construction.
painting inspection (NACE)
We dispatch NACE Level I, Level II qualified inspector, or suitable inspector who has knowledge including JIS/ISO/ANSI, according your demands, and perform or witness the inspection.

Expediting
We dispatch our rich experienced engineer to the supplier which you ordered, and confirm and report progress status of the fabrication. Besides, if necessary, we support expediting its process and to keep to a delivery schedule.

PIM（Pre-Inspection Meeting）
We dispatch our rich experienced engineer to the supplier which the inspection is performed at, and have a meeting in advance of the inspection to ensure about inspection items, procedure, standard to refer, report, schedule, and so on.

Our experienced staff assesses validity of the inspection items and/or procedure which is proposed by the supplier, or considers and proposes its draft.
ASME inspection
There are cases it is required to inspect whether "ASME compliant" or not, upon each pressure vessels and its parts manufactured as complied ASME standard.
As your demands, our staff that is familiar with ASME supports the inspection regarding ASME, with cooperation of AI (Authorized Inspector of ASME).
NACE inspection (NACE coating inspector level II)
Regarding NACE compliant coating/painting inspection spreading its application to onshore plants, we support it with our inspector who is qualified NACE level II.
WPS, PQR, WQR, and Welding control Support (WES)
We can support for review of WPS, PQR and WQR which shall be according to the required standard and regulation by our rich experienced welding engineers who is WES qualified.

- As for Ichthys LNG Project, we had supported securing quality and delivery date, by dispatch our staff from Japan to overseas suppliers ordered by JV assigned as EPC of the project.
- As for KNPC Clean Fuels Project, we had supported securing quality and delivery date, by dispatch our staff from Japan to overseas suppliers ordered by JV assigned as EPC of the project.
- As for SOCAR TURKEY Aegean Refinery Project, we received requests from overseas companies assigned as EPC of the project, and we have provided agent inspection services in Japan.
- We has conducted QC services as for installation of Hydrogen Stations which KOBELCO group handles from design to retail comprehensively.
