Radiographic Testing (RT)
RT is a one of non-destructive test, which can detect internal defects and structure by using radiographic X-ray or γ ray.
Mechanism of RT is the following. Radiographic X ray and γ ras can pass through test piece easily as much as material of internal pore or thin. Due to this characteristic, internal defects and structure can be filmed according to transmissibility of ray, which is appeared darkness in the film.
The followings are strong advantage of us.
We can inspect various items which are from thin to thick (over 300mm), from light to heavy (over 100t). Because we have not only standard tank apparatus of X-ray and γ ray, but also high power apparatus of X-ray and γ ray, large radiation chamber.
We can inspect depend on customers demand of code which is not only JIS but also abroad code – ASME, ASTM, EN, ISO. Of course we can submit its test reports by Japanese and English.
We can apply digital radiographic filming which based on computed radiography (CR) system. It can reduce of storage for film conservation, and increase of imaging quality.
