Judgment of internal defect by UT
UT can be applied various materials – such as copper, aluminum, titanium, resin and so on. Due to this reason, it is used various industries – the steel industry, the dock industry, the aerospace industry, the energy industry. Mechanism of pulse echo technique which is used for UT, can’t only be applied to judge the internal quality of the casting, the forging, the welding of steel structure, but also be applied to judge fusion of welding, and measure of thickness of pipe. We have experiences by using automatic scanning machine which is developed by us. It can be applied for specific method such as immersion method, time of flight diffraction (TOFFD) method, phased array method, if ultrasonic detector is connected to personal computer or scanning machine.

We also submit test report which is written the size and site of defects by image.
