Regarding personal data in our company’s possession, if there is inaccurate content and a person wishes to have their own information corrected, supplemented, or deleted, we will correct, supplement, or delete the information within a reasonable scope and timeframe after confirming that the person making the request is the person in question.

6. Cancellation of Use, Erasure

Regarding personal data in our company’s possession, if a person wishes to cancel the use of their own information or have it erased, we will cancel usage or erase it within a reasonable scope and timeframe after confirming that the person making the request is the person in question. Unfortunately, services may no longer be provided as desired if the use of a part or whole of this information is cancelled or erased. We ask for your understanding and cooperation. (Based on relevant legal grounds, there are cases where we cannot meet requests to cancel usage or erase information in our possession.)
